We are seated in Dongguan, Guangdong China, where gathers the most and best jewelry factories and craftsmen. Together with other efforts and strength, we are able to provide our clients with high quality piercing jewelries.

2. Are you open for OEM and ODM?
Yes, we produce body piercing jewelry both as Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer(ODM).

Our on-line shopping system is on its way. For now, please follow the steps down below to place orders:

5. For our existing collections, please look through our Price List and send us the item codes of products wanted in excel, together with specs such as quantity, size, color,etc.

6. For customized designs, please send us your design file or pics with product specs such as required material, quantity, size, color, etc.

We will make the pro formal invoice accordingly, MOQ, products details, lead time, payment, etc. are included.

Confirm PI and PO, and then make the payment accordingly.

9. I want to check your quality, could I order samples? Do you provide free samples?

10. Yes, sample orders are available for MOQ one piece as long as we have them in stock. We don't provide free samples, however, we could provide you with a few other products with no extra charge (if we have them in stock) as recommendations based on the samples you choose. Client is responsible for delivery charges of samples.

11. How can I follow-up my orders before shipping?
Our sales reps will keep you updated on orders before shipping them out.

12. Could I track my order after shipment via my account?
We are afraid not possible at the moment since our online shopping system is still under construction. Please track the parcel by the tracking number we provide.

13. What’s your return/replacement policy?
We follow strict QC process to make sure all products shipping out are at the highest quality, still mistakes might happen.

29. How do you ship?

       We ship our products worldwide via DHL, FedEx and UPS. FedEx will be used if not instructed otherwise. If you have concerns regarding whether your location is deliverable, please contact our sales rep to confirm.

30. How do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges vary based on parcel weight/dimensions and destination.
We always quote it together with product unit price, please see our quotation sheet for details.

31. Do you cover freight insurance for the parcel?
To provide the most cost-effective products for clients, we generally DONOT include freight insurance expenses in our quote. If client requires insurance against loss or damage during shipping, an extra 0.4% of declared value will be charged to get a full refund if the parcel got lost or damaged.

32. What’s your charge for taxes?
Import taxes and duties differ in each country and change based on the latest policies. We don’t have access to that information of each country. Therefore, clients are deemed liable for relevant costs in the country where the parcel is delivered.

33. Is a deposit required? How much?
We usually require a minimum of 30% of the total bill as down payment.

34. What’s the lead time?
For products in stock, we can ship them out in 2-5 days after 100% QC check.
For products out of stock, it will take approximately 1-2 months to ship out depending on the production schedule.

35. For custom made new products, it will take approximately 2-3 months to ship out.

37. Can you put our logo on your products?
Currently our products are without any logo, but some are marked with material type. All of our products are packed individually in transparent bag. Customers can use boxes or bags with their own logo for re-packing.

Sure, no problem! All catalogues on our websites are at your use. We update them from time to time, please register as a subscriber to keep yourself posted.

Absolutely! We will be more than happy to provide you with the images of any of your orders you have purchased, if additional images are needed please contact our sales rep.

40. Do you sell by pair or by piece?
All of our piercing jewelries and fine jewelries are sold by piece except earrings, which are sold by pair.

41. Which material is the most popular among your products?
Our products are made of an array of materials, solid gold (9Kt, 10Kt, 14Kt, 18Kt, and 24Kt), 925 Sterling Silver, implant grade titanium (Ti-6AL-4V-ELI ASTM F136), and 316L surgical steel . Our clients favor different materials based on their targeted market and customers.
